We are now looking for an infrastructure specialist to cover for a technician on parental leave. The role involves broad responsibility within network infrastructure and data communication in a mission-critical IT environment, where you will play an important part in both operational management and long-term development.

The assignment includes being part of developing new capabilities and functions, ensuring the operational management of data communication regarding the network infrastructure, routing, and switching environments to and in the offices (NIS), and, in collaboration with management, realizing the management plan. You have the authority to coordinate and manage decided management activities.

Your tasks will include handling incidents and problems where you analyze and resolve issues and incidents, as well as assisting in the creation of instructions for incident management, in close cooperation with a 24/7 system monitoring function. You act as a specialist and are the primary contact for system-specific questions, providing general support and assistance to other systems, operations, and external parties. Furthermore, you will handle orders according to applicable processes and implement changes in the systems in accordance with the established IT change process, as well as being responsible for maintenance and necessary upgrades.

The role also includes assisting in technical requirement specification and developing new technical solution proposals for new or further development of systems and IT services, contributing to various tests such as functional tests during troubleshooting or further development, and working with the team to ensure good management documentation in the form of network diagrams, system documentation, and operational routines. You will also work on IT security issues to ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and availability according to applicable requirements.

Requirements:

• At least one of the following certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE

• At least 2 years of work experience, in the last 5 years, as a network technician

• Experience working in a medium to large network environment with at least 5000 users and at least 10 sites

• At least 2 years of work experience in high availability environments

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Desirable qualifications:

• At least 2 of the following certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or similar

• At least 2 years of experience in network automation, such as Ansible, Python, Catalystcenter, or equivalent tools

• At least 1 year of practical experience in lifecycle management of central infrastructure

• At least 1 year of experience working with systems for classified or security-sensitive information
